Description

You will own the preparation, stabilization, and management of evaluation-grade reagents and scientific operations for a single-molecule protein sequencing platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with Chemistry and Assay Development teams to translate novel chemical components into reproducible, assay-ready units, ensuring speed and reproducibility in an early-stage R&D environment.

• Experience with vendor management and lab infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, stabilize, and stock evaluation-grade reagents and buffers
• Establish storage conditions, handling practices, and refresh strategies
• Design and run fit-for-purpose stability studies
• Produce and manage reagent and assay-ready consumable inventories
• Collaborate with Chemistry and Assay teams to identify critical reagent attributes
