Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI models for a financial compliance initiative, including automated compliance translation, anomaly detection, and semantic search. You'll work in a hybrid role supporting the Department of War.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, ML, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years AI/ML engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for financial compliance validation
• Develop AI-assisted translation engines for legacy financial artifacts
• Build semantic retrieval and embedding pipelines for explainable compliance
• Integrate large language models into secure production environments
• Develop model evaluation frameworks for performance and explainability
