π― What You'll Do
- Own post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Drive retention and proactively mitigate churn risk
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage
π Requirements
- 4β7 years of experience in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing renewals and revenue expansion
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level contacts
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze usage patterns and adoption metrics
