💼 About This Role

You'll join an engineering organization building the operating system for real schools, spanning distributed systems, client engineering, infrastructure, and machine learning. Your work will directly shape high-throughput GraphQL services, low-latency event pipelines, and real-time classroom operations for K-8 education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain high-throughput GraphQL services and event pipelines
• Build complex TypeScript/React client systems with offline resilience
• Manage Dockerized infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across campuses
• Develop WebRTC transports and real-time presence models for classrooms

📋 Requirements

• Experience with distributed systems and low-latency data pipelines
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for complex UI architectures
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD in production environments
• Understanding of WebRTC and real-time media streaming

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in education technology or mission-driven startups
• Background in machine learning or data science as applied to learning systems
• Familiarity with Elixir or Python for backend services
