As a BAYADA Home Health Physical Therapist, you will help clients regain independence at home through mobility, strength, and balance assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide gait training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. Requirements

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to support long-term success
