You'll own technical and people leadership for Pindrop's core real-time fraud detection engine. You'll define engineering strategy and scale high-performing teams building distributed systems that analyze voice, device, and behavioral patterns for top financial institutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical vision for the Protect platform
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
• Drive predictable delivery across multi-cloud environments
• Partner with Research, Product, and Executive leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience
• 5+ years leading teams through managers
• Proven track record scaling API-based distributed systems in production
• Experience with data science infrastructure, ML, and Generative AI

• Deep knowledge of authentication, fraud prevention, or voice biometrics
• Proven ability to develop processes that increase developer productivity
