🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, align, and meet technical program expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate program updates
• Proactively identify issues and develop mitigation options

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 2-4 years of engineering-related experience with 1-2 years TPM experience
• Experience with Agile and Phase Gate methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project

• Master's degree in technical field or business
• Experience in robotics or autonomy industries
• PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification
