Description

You will architect a world-class onboarding engine for a hyper-growth company, designing distinct journeys across industry segments and revenue motions to reduce Time to Value and drive adoption. You'll build and lead a team of Onboarding Specialists, manage training content, and create leverage for the CS organization.

Requirements

  • Proven builder experience in customer onboarding or success
  • Experience in hyper-growth or scale-up environment
  • Ability to design scalable processes for multi-site enterprise
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience with e-learning platform management

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end onboarding journey for all industry segments and revenue motions
  • Recruit, hire, and lead a team of Onboarding Specialists
  • Migrate onboarding responsibilities from Core CSRs to new team
  • Identify and forge relationships with Enterprise customer stakeholders for onboarding and continued education
  • Manage and iterate on training content (Relay Academy)
