💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans as a Registered Behavior Technician, collecting data on an iPad and building therapeutic relationships with children and caregivers. You'll collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to make a meaningful impact on patients with autism, supported by comprehensive training and resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review and update behavior intervention plans.

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
• Experience as an RBT
• Childcare, teaching, or therapy experience
