Description

As an Account Executive, you'll manage a full sales cycle, build a pipeline, prospect, and close deals to expand Justworks' customer base in the Phoenix area. You'll gain deep product knowledge, network with the small business community, and travel within the territory.

Requirements

• Build relationships with small business community
• Develop marketing and networking plan for territory
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Be the voice of future customers internally
• Good judgment, detail-oriented, foundational sales knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business and end-to-end sales pipeline
• Prospect for new business via market research, tools, and cold calls
• Communicate value proposition to potential customers
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve sales and customer experience
• Travel within Phoenix and Greater Phoenix area
