💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product and Operations teams to deliver user-focused documentation for defense technology products powering Lattice OS. Your work directly impacts how front-line operators leverage advanced AI and autonomy in critical missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate, review, and edit user-focused technical documentation
• Research products and write Data Modules in MIL-STD-40051 XML
• Evaluate and prioritize documentation tasks to keep projects on track
• Build a culture of technical documentation through process and training

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years generating XML-based technical documentation, preferably in DoD
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation
• Experience building MIL-STD-40051 content (preferably using RTX Eagle)
• Must be eligible for Secret and higher security clearance (US)

✨ Nice to Have

• Military experience with technical documentation standards (S1000D, MIL-STD-40051)
• Experience creating technical documentation for DoD products
• Experience with Siemens Rapid Author
