💼 About This Role

You'll lead privacy feature development for Vanta's Trust Management Platform, partnering with product and design. Your work will accelerate product growth and scale engineering systems for a rapidly expanding customer base. You'll set the bar for engineering excellence and mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects
• Design and build new product functionality using TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Make tradeoffs considering business priorities and technical foundation
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new engineers

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience
• Served as technical lead for large 6+ month projects
• Built successful SaaS products for startup and enterprise users
• Experience mentoring and upleveling engineering teams

• Previous startup experience
• Experience at rapidly scaling companies
• Open to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency
