💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for partner bike shops, guiding them through sales and warranty processes while entering orders and handling returns. Your core impact is generating revenue by building strong relationships and proactively selling Aventon's electric bicycle products. You'll work onsite in Brea, California with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn the Aventon product line and proactively sell to partners
• Establish new partnerships and maintain assigned accounts
• Enter sales orders and track fulfillment progress
• Provide support for shipping and warranty inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Experience in sales or retail customer service
• Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred
• Internet-savvy with office applications
• Excellent written communication skills
