💼 About This Role

You'll lead Growth Monetization design for Upwork's two-sided marketplace, focusing on acquisition through retention. You'll run experiments and iterate on pricing and packaging to drive durable revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design from opportunity identification through launch and iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define problems and prioritize opportunities
• Use data and qualitative insight to identify friction across growth flows
• Run A/B tests and rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses and improve experiences
• Design and refine targeted experiences for onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle touchpoints

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and optimizing growth funnels (activation, conversion, retention, monetization)
• Strong experimentation toolkit including A/B testing, rapid iteration, and metric interpretation
• Portfolio demonstrating growth-oriented, end-to-end product design with data-driven iteration
• Ability to design transparent, trustworthy value exchange in monetization experiences

• Experience with AI-powered experiences or collaboration with ML/AI teams
• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools like v0 or Figma Make
