💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate nursing care and workflow during your shift at a rapidly growing emergency veterinary hospital. Your focus is on distributing workload efficiently, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting team wellness. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain flow of nursing care and know patient status during shift.
• Designate shift roles and communicate any changes to the team.
• Coordinate shift start and wrap-up activities for smooth transitions.
• Facilitate team huddles with the doctor to set focus and tone.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of VEG practice workflow and team communications.
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg.

✨ Nice to Have

• Veterinary technician specialist (VTS) certification.
• Enrolled in the VEG Credential Support Program.
