• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Manage operations including shrink, payroll, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving results.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, scheduling).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
