💼 About This Role

You'll design, lead, and scale the operating backbone of a fast-growing wealth management platform, spanning RIA and broker-dealer entities. Your work will drive delightful advisor and client experiences through automation and AI. This role combines strong operating judgment with a builder's mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the operating model for RIA and broker-dealer entities
• Map, redesign, and standardize core workflows (onboarding, KYC, trading, etc.)
• Establish day-to-day operations of the broker-dealer including supervision
• Translate operational needs into product/engineering roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in fintech/regulated environments
• Direct exposure to RIA and/or broker-dealer operating models
• Proven record of scaling teams and processes in a high-growth startup
• Hands-on experience rebuilding workflows and reducing cycle time and error rates

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FINRA broker-dealer operations vs SEC/state RIA operations
• Background in fintech or wealth management technology
