💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of high-voltage circuit designs and hardware systems for Helion's fusion devices, mentoring a team of electrical engineers. Your core impact will be solving complex engineering challenges that directly affect machine performance and help deliver clean, low-cost energy to the world. This onsite role is pivotal in the journey to build the world's first fusion power plant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and mentor a team of multidisciplinary electrical engineers
• Oversee design of pulsed power circuits and grid-interfacing systems
• Drive schedule ownership and optimization to accelerate milestones
• Collaborate with Research, Mechanical, and Production teams on system requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership
• Proven ability to grow engineers and impact career progression
• Hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, manufacturing)
