You will own the operating model for implementing patient engagement software, reducing deployment timelines from weeks to days while maintaining high client satisfaction. This strategic leadership role involves building scalable systems, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to turn implementation into a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in implementation, technical delivery, or professional services in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of reducing implementation timelines and increasing delivery predictability at scale
• Experience in healthcare technology or similarly regulated environment
• Comfortable working with enterprise IT and operations stakeholders
• Fluent in APIs, integrations, data models, and workflow configuration

Responsibilities

• Build an implementation machine that scales with growth, maintaining 100% on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage and grow a team of Implementation Managers and Associates, defining career paths and quality standards
• Identify bottlenecks across process, tooling, and cross-functional handoffs to compress time to Platform Delivery
• Use AI aggressively to streamline implementation processes
• Work closely with Client Solutions, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to keep implementation a competitive advantage
