• Define and execute technical vision and long-term engineering strategy.
• Lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams across distributed environments.
• Drive delivery of reliable distributed systems and microservices on multi-cloud infrastructures.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, research, security, and executive stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven expertise building and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Deep experience in AWS, GCP, or other enterprise cloud ecosystems.
• Experience working with machine learning infrastructure and AI-driven systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud prevention, authentication technologies, or identity management.
• Background in voice biometrics.
