💼 About This Role

You'll own RF, EMI, and EMC considerations across avionics, communications, and power systems for fully autonomous UAVs. Your work will directly impact aircraft reliability and mission success in complex electromagnetic environments. This hands-on role offers the chance to shape in-house testing and formal certification procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve EMI issues during integration and flight test
• Define and implement EMI mitigation strategies
• Optimize RF hardware placement within the aircraft
• Own RF and EMI validation through certification

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RF, EMI, or EMC
• Background in aviation or satellites
• Experience with RF systems like radios, antennas, GPS, or data links
• Hands-on debugging with spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with airborne or safety-critical systems
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 or DO-160 standards
• Background in RF design and system-level EMI troubleshooting
