💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-native go-to-market systems for a B2B SaaS company, combining code, automation, and AI agents to automate prospect-to-meeting workflows. You'll work across engineering, marketing, and sales to ship systems that move prospects from signal to meeting automatically.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build signal-driven outbound systems that detect intent and trigger outreach
• Operate Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and similar tools as building blocks
• Design enrichment pipelines to continuously update ICP and target accounts
• Stand up programmatic ABM at 1:1 and 1:few scale
• Build internal AI agents for prep work, research, lead scoring, and routing

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarOps, or similar technical commercial role
• APIs and at least one of Python, SQL, JavaScript
• Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Deep HubSpot knowledge including workflows, custom properties, association logic
