💼 About This Role

You'll bridge tax expertise and product innovation as part of LucaNet's Tax product team, taking ownership of specific tax domains. You'll translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product enhancements, driving platform modernization and customer success. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of tax law, technology, and customer needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee implementation and optimization of tax compliance solutions for complex client projects
• Translate tax requirements and regulatory changes into product requirements and enhancements
• Analyze tax process workflows and identify opportunities for customer optimization
• Collaborate across internal teams to advocate for tax domain priorities and shape product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in tax consulting, tax technology, or tax compliance
• Deep expertise in at least one major tax domain (income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, Pillar 2, CBCR)
• Solid understanding of German and ideally other European tax frameworks
• Excellent German and English at C1 or above

• Experience working in a SaaS or modern software environment
• Bachelor's degree in tax law, accounting, business informatics, finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., tax advisor) are a plus
