🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage workflow and productivity of Health Information Specialists
• Handle escalated situations from clients and call centers
• Assist in new hire process and staff development across sites
• Lead audit team receiving requests from payors

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely

✨ Nice to Have

• EMR experience with EPIC or Cerner
• Previous production/metric-based work experience
• Team building and career elevation experience
