You'll lead demand forecasting and planning for a fast-growing beauty brand, owning the end-to-end process and ensuring accurate, forward-looking demand signals. Your work will directly enable confident decision-making through clear insights and disciplined planning, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support S&OP process focusing on demand alignment and forecast integrity.
• Manage SKU- and account-level forecasts to meet accuracy objectives.
• Lead demand planning meetings with Marketing, Finance, and Retail.
• Evaluate new product launch forecasts using historical data and trends.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, large data sets.
• PowerPoint expertise for executive-ready presentations.
