Description

Lead the evolution of Addepar's Workflow Platform, transforming manual financial processes into automated, agentic workflows at global scale. You'll manage a team of senior engineers, stay active in the codebase, and drive platform adoption through technical leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years in platform development
• 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership
• Proficient in Python and Java
• Experience building service-oriented architectures in cloud environments (AWS)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior engineers
• Write production code, conduct architectural reviews, and design scalable integration points
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
• Drive platform transition to self-service model and oversee geographic expansion
• Integrate workflow orchestration with Agentic AI for natural-language-driven tasks
