Description
You will act as a trusted identity coach for Okta's Auth0 platform, guiding customers through their identity strategies, building long-term relationships with technical stakeholders, and ensuring they realize the full value of their investment. This role combines technical expertise in CIAM with customer-facing engagement to drive adoption and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or comparable role in CIAM
- Working proficiency in authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML 2.0)
- Experience consuming APIs and HTTP request methods
- Understanding of custom consumer and SaaS app architecture and integration patterns
- Knowledge of security and performance monitoring, SIEM, WAF, and general cybersecurity
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted identity coach, providing timely technical guidance and best practices
- Deeply learn customers' business strategies, goals, and challenges through the lens of identity
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level executives
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review progress, share guidance, and align on roadmaps
- Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and identify growth opportunities
