Description

You will lead global forecast and pipeline enablement, optimize the core tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Tableau), and drive data reconciliation and reporting cadence for a multi-SKU environment. You'll partner with Sales Compensation to ensure accurate pipeline crediting and act as a strategic partner for tool adoption and change management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in SaaS
  • 5+ years deep Salesforce expertise in Opportunity management, forecasting architecture, data hygiene
  • 3+ years hands-on Clari administration, CPQ configuration, and support
  • Strategic understanding of Product-Led Growth and Sales-Led Growth for Product Level Forecasting
  • Expertise in complex SaaS sales motions across New Business, Renewals, and Expansion

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead global forecast and pipeline enablement, optimizing tech stack across Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
  • Design and execute roadmap for best-in-class forecasting accuracy in multi-SKU environment
  • End-to-end ownership of data reconciliation for Opportunity pipeline management
  • Partner with Sales Compensation on pipeline crediting and quota attainment tracking
  • Drive tool adoption, standardize workflows, lead change management for forecasting and pipeline processes
