You'll create and improve product documentation for cloud-native platforms in telecom. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-ready releases under tight timelines. You'll also contribute to AI-assisted documentation workflows and intelligent help experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop user guides, admin manuals, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical inputs.
• Edit and review documentation for accuracy and clarity.
• Apply DITA principles for content reuse and single sourcing.

📋 Requirements

• 5–12 years of technical writing experience.
• Telecommunications or enterprise software background strongly preferred.
• DITA and structured authoring proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with oXygen XML, MadCap Flare, or FrameMaker.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CMS platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools and chatbot-driven documentation.
