💼 About This Role

You'll partner with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems, owning end-to-end delivery of complex AI deployments. You will translate business outcomes into technical plans, run execution across cross-functional teams, and drive adoption. This founding role offers high autonomy and measurable impact on critical customer workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across FDE and customer teams
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption
• Codify solution patterns and evals to improve product and models

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years customer-facing technical delivery leadership
• Track record of leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements
• Shipped AI/LLM systems with understanding of solution patterns and pitfalls
• Expertise in at least one major sector (e.g., healthcare, energy, financial services)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI deployment at scale
• Background in forward deployed engineering or consulting
• Familiarity with OpenAI's product suite
