💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and optimize high-performance data systems for a proprietary insurance platform, working across SQL Server, APIs, and automation tools. You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex data pipelines in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize SQL Server solutions with performance tuning and indexing
• Manage relational and semi-structured data including JSON processing
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools
• Integrate APIs and external systems to enable end-to-end data flows

📋 Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL Server including query optimization and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with JSON and hybrid data structures in SQL Server
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting for automation
• Ability to work across databases, APIs, and distributed systems
