You'll support day-to-day leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks for an award-winning apartment community. Your work ensures smooth operations and a welcoming environment for residents. This role offers monthly leasing commissions and a clear path to Community Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through leasing process
• Oversee rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence
• Resolve resident concerns and deescalate issues

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation
• Social media content management experience
