💼 About This Role
You'll lead and scale customer advocacy programs while owning strategic customer communications to drive engagement and loyalty. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to turn customer success into market impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of customer advocates with Sales and Customer Success
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories
- Manage customer reference and speaker programs
- Drive strategy for customer newsletters, product updates, and executive messaging
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or customer communications
- Enterprise B2B experience preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills across formats
- Experience managing third-party review programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights)
