You'll lead a Consumer Product team at HomeToGo, a marketplace with the world's largest selection of vacation rentals. You'll drive technical strategy and shape product delivery in a collaborative environment. Our modern tech stack includes Symfony, MariaDB, and Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers.
• Drive development of technical strategies and initiatives.
• Partner with Product to shape the roadmap.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (PHP or JS/TS).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and OKRs.
