You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, and success on the Replit platform. You'll champion customer success by helping businesses realize the transformative potential of AI-powered software creation. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage assigned customer portfolio for high satisfaction and retention.
- Lead onboarding programs to accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Execute renewal processes focusing on expansion and partnership.
- Maintain customer health scores and renewal forecasts in CRM.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to champion their interests.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record meeting renewal and expansion revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and customer success tools.
