You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, and success on the Replit platform. You'll champion customer success by helping businesses realize the transformative potential of AI-powered software creation.   • Manage assigned customer portfolio for high satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead onboarding programs to accelerate customer time-to-value.

  • Maintain customer health scores and renewal forecasts in CRM.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to champion their interests.

  • 5-7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record meeting renewal and expansion revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and customer success tools.
