You'll lead enterprise-level legal AI implementations for a fast-growing legal tech company. You'll combine deep legal knowledge and people leadership to drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver measurable outcomes across clients and your team. You'll shape scalable onboarding frameworks and influence product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level client pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable onboarding frameworks.
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations articulating value.
• Influence internal product and go-to-market teams on implementation strategy.

📋 Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house, or legal tech.
• Direct people management experience including hiring and performance management.
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
