You'll own the growth of 8-10 strategic enterprise accounts for a top event agency, building deep trust with Fortune 1000 clients. You'll be the go-to partner, driving retention and year-over-year growth while collaborating with sales, creative, and production teams. This role is fully remote with 10% travel.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build deep relationships with multiple stakeholders in each account
  • Own account retention and year-over-year growth
  • Proactively scope new opportunities and pitch proposals
  • Coordinate sales, creative, and production teams through deal cycle

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales
  • Track record of retaining and growing complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience taking over accounts from a sales rep and becoming primary partner
  • CRM fluency required (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Account management experience at an event agency strongly preferred
  • NetSuite knowledge a plus
  • Production knowledge is plus but trainable
