๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the growth of 8-10 strategic enterprise accounts for a top event agency, building deep trust with Fortune 1000 clients. You'll be the go-to partner, driving retention and year-over-year growth while collaborating with sales, creative, and production teams. This role is fully remote with 10% travel.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build deep relationships with multiple stakeholders in each account
- Own account retention and year-over-year growth
- Proactively scope new opportunities and pitch proposals
- Coordinate sales, creative, and production teams through deal cycle
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales
- Track record of retaining and growing complex enterprise accounts
- Experience taking over accounts from a sales rep and becoming primary partner
- CRM fluency required (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
โจ Nice to Have
- Account management experience at an event agency strongly preferred
- NetSuite knowledge a plus
- Production knowledge is plus but trainable
