💼 About This Role

You'll lead community strategies for Wargaming's titles in the Japanese market. Your work will directly shape player engagement and feedback loops between the community and development teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute community-focused strategies and content campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and monitor community channels across APAC, focusing on Japan.
• Drive conversations on social media and gaming platforms.
• Identify and build relationships with regional content creators and advocates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, or Marketing.
• Native Japanese language proficiency.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Streaming experience or familiarity with streaming environment.
• Experience in animation, media, or lifestyle entertainment.
