💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the financial authority on embedded finance, ensuring financial integrity across our portfolio and guiding new acquisitions through high-margin payment business models. You'll partner with portfolio MDs to optimize unit economics and drive data-driven decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee consolidated close for payment revenue and costs
• Design and report take-rate models for embedded payments
• Lead financial onboarding of acquired businesses
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting for payments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on finance experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems (gateways, acquirers, schemes)
• Experience in private equity / M&A environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of embedded finance solutions
• Proficient with NetSuite and PowerBI
• Big 4 background
