You'll respond to calls and emails from the public, using a knowledge base to answer requests for a large Federal agency. You'll document communications in the database and help streamline government bureaucracy. This role offers the chance to support government innovation with a supportive team.

📋 Requirements
- Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal)
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
✨ Nice to Have
- Ability to navigate a content management system
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
- Call Center (omnichannel) background
