You'll respond to calls and emails from the public, using a knowledge base to answer requests for a large Federal agency. You'll document communications in the database and help streamline government bureaucracy. This role offers the chance to support government innovation with a supportive team.

📋 Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

  • Ability to navigate a content management system
  • Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
  • Call Center (omnichannel) background
