In this role, you will join a fast-paced call centre environment, making outbound calls to tradespeople on a free trial and converting them to paid memberships. You'll hit daily activity and revenue targets, manage objections, and build relationships with customers.

• Thrives in fast-paced environment with high call volumes (80+ per day)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Resilience and determination to hit targets
• Excellent phone and written communication
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 dials and 2.5 hours talk time daily
• Hit revenue targets by closing sales and signing up tradies
• Engage with tradie customers, understand their pain points, and promote platform benefits
• Manage enquiries and objections
• Enter customer details into Salesforce CRM
