You'll deliver instructor-led training to customers and partners on Contentsquare's experience analytics platform. You'll drive platform usage and autonomy through tailored, engaging sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver live virtual, in-person, and recorded training sessions
• Tailor learning experiences to customer needs and data sets
• Develop and update training documentation
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in training consultancy
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills
• Experience defining training scope agreements

• Training consulting experience in a SaaS company
