💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales for Spotify's B2B SaaS platform built on internally-proven products like Backstage Portal and Confidence. You'll own revenue targets, coach a distributed team, and translate technical value into customer outcomes for engineering leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue targets across new business, expansion, and retention
  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of AEs, SEs, and CS
  • Define and execute sales strategy for engineering leaders
  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and GTM strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience selling to R&D or engineering buyers
  • Comfortable engaging with CTOs and platform teams

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with developer portal or platform products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in software development
