You'll lead sales for Spotify's B2B SaaS platform built on internally-proven products like Backstage Portal and Confidence. You'll own revenue targets, coach a distributed team, and translate technical value into customer outcomes for engineering leaders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own revenue targets across new business, expansion, and retention
- Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of AEs, SEs, and CS
- Define and execute sales strategy for engineering leaders
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and GTM strategy
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience selling to R&D or engineering buyers
- Comfortable engaging with CTOs and platform teams
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with developer portal or platform products
- Familiarity with AI/ML in software development
