Description

In this role, you will ensure the day-to-day health of manufacturing systems like MES and SAP, working at the intersection of shop floor execution and enterprise systems to keep production moving. You'll provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements to support manufacturing, quality, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Test, deploy, and support manufacturing system solutions
• Provide L1/L2 support for MES environment (SAP S/4HANA PEO)
• Troubleshoot production-impacting issues across MES and SAP
• Identify and resolve system gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points
• Create SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides
