💼 About This Role

You'll lead and inspire a team providing compassionate home health care to adult clients in Montgomery County. You'll conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and supervise field staff to ensure exceptional quality and compliance. This Monday–Friday role offers a $10K sign-on bonus and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Supervise HHAs and CNAs in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and staff training
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners

📋 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required

• Supervisory or management experience in home care
• Experience with adult client populations
• Familiarity with assistive care services
