You'll be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, helping them maximize value from MongoDB. You'll drive customer health, growth, and advocacy while acting as the link between customers and product engineering. This role is part of a highly autonomous team building the Customer Success program in EMEA.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through the journey to accelerate time-to-value from MongoDB.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts.
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges.
  • Build and execute account plans to drive growth and mitigate risk.
  • Lead executive business reviews with C-suite executives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success or related customer-centric role for a technical product.
  • 4+ years experience managing customer health and revenue for a portfolio of Global 2000 accounts.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proven ability to act autonomously and own customer outcomes.

  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, or infrastructure technology.
  • MongoDB certification or hyperscaler certifications.
