💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Wolf Pack volunteer program to recruit and train hundreds of grassroots volunteers for progressive campaigns. You'll build deep community relationships and manage field efforts for priority races, including canvassing and election day operations. This role offers a chance to drive social, economic, and racial justice in Wisconsin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Wolf Pack volunteer program to recruit hundreds of volunteers

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of organizing experience
• At least 3 cycles of campaign experience
• Passion for grassroots and grasstops organizing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-state travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Southeastern politics
• Experience with relational organizing or postcard programs
