You'll lead commercial legal support and contract strategy in a fast-paced technology environment. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements with enterprise clients and vendors, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape legal processes and mentor junior staff.
π― What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (hardware, software, services, etc.).
- Lead contract negotiations with enterprise and public-sector counterparties.
- Partner with sales, procurement, and vendor teams to mitigate legal risks.
- Develop and improve contract templates, tools, and workflows.
π Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active U.S. state bar membership.
- 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts or in-house counsel.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
- Experience managing or mentoring legal professionals.

- Experience with government contracts, data security, litigation, or enterprise tech transactions.
- Experience managing high-volume workloads with strong judgment.
