🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain robot uptime across daily protocol runs
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues using SOPs
• Escalate complex issues with structured incident reports
• Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Background in robotics, automation, or mechatronics
• 2+ years in manufacturing support, field engineering, or QA
• Comfort following SOPs and troubleshooting hardware/software
• Strong written communication for incident reports
