As a Home Care Provider, you will open your home and provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, helping them learn new skills and enjoy new experiences. You'll build meaningful relationships and receive a generous monthly tax-free stipend.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Active in community
• Patience, acceptance, and understanding
• Ability to provide structure and clear expectations
• All applicable background checks for all household members
• Experience in supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide for the well-being and care of the individual in your home
• Create opportunities for individuals to learn new skills and enjoy new experiences
• Support with activities of daily living
• Medication management
